We're glad you're here. Here are quick answers, and a person to write to.

Getting started

Open Tellbit, type your name, and tap Continue. That is all it takes. Then tap the plus button to make your first Tellbit: write the words, pick an icon and a color, and choose who should hear it.

Connecting with someone

Go to People and tap the plus button or "Invite someone". Show your QR code, or share the invite link. When they scan it or open it, you are connected. You can also scan someone else's code, or enter one by hand.

Sending a Tellbit

Tap the small play button on a Tellbit. You have two seconds to tap Undo. You can also send from a widget, from Siri, from Control Center, or from your Apple Watch.

Something not arriving

Check that notifications are on for Tellbit in Settings, and that you are online. If a banner at the top says Tellbit can't be reached, it will send again once your connection is back.

Moving to a new phone

Open Profile, choose "Sign in to sync" and secure your account with your Apple ID. On the new phone, choose "Restore with Apple ID" on the first screen.

Deleting your account

Open Tellbit, tap your photo, scroll to the bottom and choose Delete Account, then type DELETE to confirm. This permanently removes your account, your Tellbits, your connections and your history. If you cannot open the app, email us and we will do it for you.
